Lead Salesforce Business Analyst

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive lead-to-quote system requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and implement best practices
• Guide developers and QA teams through scope, deliverables, testing, and deployment
• Facilitate UAT, demos, and documentation of processes and enhancements

Key Deliverables:

• Scalable Salesforce enhancements and system configurations
• Documented business requirements and process flows
• Completed UAT and successful deployment coordination
• Regular updates on product roadmap and run-the-business issue resolution
