Overview
Own reliability, automation, and operational excellence across Neopetal's sovereign AI and GPU cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and operate highly available, scalable GPU cloud infrastructure
- Own SLOs, SLAs, incident response, and post-mortem processes
- Lead CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automation standards
- Partner with engineering and hardware teams to reduce deployment and recovery latency
- Build and mentor a high-performance SRE/DevOps team
- Continuously optimize cost, performance, and reliability
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience running production cloud platforms
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Linux, networking, observability, and automation
- GPU or HPC experience is a strong plus
Role Requirements
- Bangkok-based. 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
- Fluent English required
- Top university background preferred
- Master technical degree preferred
