Job Description: Collibra SaaS Admin & Workflow Developer (3–5 Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Collibra SaaS Administrator and Workflow Developer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to support and enhance enterprise data governance initiatives. The role involves managing the Collibra platform, developing workflows, and integrating with enterprise systems to enable efficient data management and governance processes.

Primary Skills (Core Responsibilities)

  • Strong experience as a Collibra SaaS Administrator and Collibra Workflow Developer
  • Expertise in Collibra Data Governance platform (operating model, communities, domains, assets, responsibilities)
  • Hands-on experience in workflow development using BPMN and Groovy scripting
  • Experience with middleware technologies (IBM WebSphere or similar)
  • Ability to configure and manage Collibra platform (users, roles, permissions, integrations)

Related Mandatory Skills

  • Strong development experience in Java (Spring Boot 3+)
  • Proficiency in development tools: Eclipse IDE / VS Code Studio
  • Working knowledge of AWS Cloud Services:
  • Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
  • EC2
  • Application Load Balancer (ALB)
  • Experience in vulnerability management across:
  • Unix/Linux servers
  • Windows environments
  • Understanding of ETL processes and ability to collaborate with data engineering and business teams
  • Basic working knowledge of SQL and databases such as:

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Collibra SaaS platform
  • Develop, customize, and optimize Collibra workflows using BPMN & Groovy
  • Ensure platform stability, scalability, and security compliance
  • Collaborate with data governance, ETL, and business teams for requirement gathering and implementation
  • Integrate Collibra with cloud platforms, middleware, and external systems
  • Monitor and resolve performance and vulnerability issues
  • Support data stewardship and governance processes

Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of IT experience with at least 2+ years in Collibra platform
  • Hands-on experience in workflow development and administration
  • Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Collibra certification (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Experience in cloud-native environments and microservices architecture
