About The Role
We are looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer to help guide our design vision and work on exciting projects from start to finish. If you enjoy a mix of creative work and helping a team grow, this role is for you!
As a Lead, you'll help manage project steps, hands-on execution, support our designers, and make sure our work meets both user needs and business goals in a collaborative way.
Responsibilities
- Project Guidance: Help define user flows and journeys for complex projects.
- Hands-on Design: Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma and existing design systems.
- Team Support: Organize tasks for junior and mid-level designers and offer helpful feedback to help everyone succeed.
- Research & Insights: Lead user research and testing to find ways to make our designs even better.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to make sure designs are easy to build and use.
- Communication: Build good relationships with stakeholders and present design ideas clearly.
What You Bring (Must-Haves)
- Fluent English: Good communication and presentation skills (spoken and written).
- Project Portfolio: A collection of case studies showing your UX process and web/mobile designs.
- Figma Skills: Good experience using Figma, especially with components and libraries.
- Design Patterns: A solid understanding of Apple's HIG and Google's Material Design.
- Design Basics: A good grasp of color theory, fonts, and UX principles.
Qualifications
- Native Thai speaker is mandatory, and a good command of written and spoken English is essential.
- 6-10 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of and experience using UX methods and design thinking processes
- Proven experience with interaction design and prototyping
- Experience designing in Figma, particularly with using components and design systems.
- A strong understanding of mobile and web interface patterns and guidelines
- An outstanding design portfolio that demonstrates design principles for web and/or mobile platforms.
- A good understanding of graphic design, color theory, fonts and illustration
- A nice personality and willingness to have fun with the team
- Experience in a digital Agency, and client-facing roles is a big plus.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to ensure solid understanding of client's requirements and collaboration with developers and other project stakeholders.
