Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phuket for a Lead Yamaha Mechanic - 5 Star Marine. The role involves overseeing and performing routine maintenance, preventive measures, and repair of Yamaha engines and associated vessel equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting engine issues, managing heavy equipment, and ensuring the safety and optimal performance of the fleet. Liason with suppliers and basic administration. Collaboration with the team to uphold 5-star service quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and general Maintenance & Repair
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues
• Experience working with Yamaha engines minimum of 5 years
• Proficiency in diagnosing and addressing engine and equipment malfunctions
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in an on-site setting and deliver high-standard results
• Relevant technical certifications or related qualifications are preferred
• Experience with marine engines and boating operations is an advantage
