Role Objective
The Leader, SFSC Strategy and Governance, LWT APAC is responsible for the Salesforce Sales Cloud strategy, governance, and continuous improvement roadmap for the APAC region. This role ensures the system structure, workflows, and data governance support project-based B2B sales, while enabling consistent data quality and process adoption across markets.
Responsibilities
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Strategy & Governance
- Define and maintain a regional Salesforce strategy aligned with project-based B2B workflows (tracking specifications, developer-led opportunities, etc.).
- Serve as the process owner for opportunity, lead, and account management standards.
- Align regional practices with global CRM strategies while tailoring to local business realities.
- Process Optimization & System Configuration
- Identify system gaps, improvement opportunities, and workflow enhancements through collaboration with IT, vendors, and market SF administrators.
- Lead the design, testing, and rollout of new workflows, automation rules, and data fields to improve sales process efficiency.
- Oversee documentation of process changes and ensure consistent configuration across markets.
- Data Governance & Structure
- Maintain the integrity of account, contact, and project hierarchies for accurate stakeholder tracking (developers, architects, consultants).
- Define and enforce standards for picklists, record types, and naming conventions across APAC.
- Oversee regional data governance to ensure consistent usage and accuracy.reporting
- Integration & System Synergy
- Ensure alignment and data flow between Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud for seamless tracking of customer journeys.
- Partner with global and regional IT teams on data sync, integration logic, and system reliability.
- Identify future needs for AI-enabled insights, automation, or cross-platform reporting.
- Training, Adoption & Change Management
- Develop training materials and sessions to guide market teams on CRM best practices and new system features.
- Track CRM usage and adoption KPIs; implement action plans to address usage gaps.
- Champion Salesforce as a productivity and strategy tool not just a reporting platform.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with regional sales leadership, commercial excellence, and market SF administrators to ensure smooth rollout of enhancements.
- Consolidate user feedback and manage the roadmap for continuous Salesforce improvement.
- Provide leadership updates on adoption progress and system readiness.
Qualificatons
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems. Data Science or Business Analytics
- 8 years (Sr. Manager) to 12 years (Assoc. Director) of experience in CRM or Sales Operations roles.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud; certification is preferred.
- Experience in B2B environments, preferably with project-based sales cycles.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
