Job Brief

The successful candidate will report to Leader, Category Management TH and be responsible for driving online sales growth across marketplace platforms, Tiktok and managing relationships with e-enablers (e-distributors), while effectively controlling both sales and performance marketing budgets to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.

  • Drive and Deliver Net Sales and Sell-out as per Target
  • Full E-Commerce management with PL responsibilities
  • Control Sales and Marketing Spending Efficiency

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute e-commerce growth strategy to drive sales, market share, and sustainable profitability across online channels.
  • Manage and grow marketplace platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Brand.com), including campaign planning, assortment optimization, pricing, and content performance.
  • Lead and align E-enabler / E-distributor partners to achieve sales targets, promotional execution, inventory planning, and brand consistency.
  • Own and optimize sales & performance marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI, controlled spend ratio, and profitable growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end operational execution, including campaign setup, SKU listing, stock coordination, and platform issue resolution.
  • Drive data-driven decision making, analyzing KPIs, campaign ROI, competitor performance, and delivering actionable improvement plans.
  • Additional tasks as per assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field(Preferable)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce / Digital Commerce
  • Proven experience managing: Marketplace platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada), E-enabler / E-distributor partners
  • Strong experience managing both: Sales budgets, Performance marketing budgets (TikTok Ads, Market Place Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally (hands-on execution)
  • High ownership and accountability
