Leader of Finance (Future Finance Leader Track)

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end finance operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to medical, operations, and commercial teams

• Drive month-end closing and deliver meaningful financial insights on revenue, cost, and profitability (IPD, OPD, specialty services)

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Lead strategic initiatives including new service units, medical investment (Capex), and expansion projects

• Build financial models to support business decision-making

• Improve financial processes, reporting systems, and data utilization (Finance Transformation mindset)

• Ensure strong internal controls, governance, and audit readiness

• Develop and mentor finance team members to build a high-performance organization

Qualification.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance.

• 10 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Finance (Healthcare / Service industry is a plus).

• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate numbers into business insights.

• Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments (VUCA mindset).

• High ownership, proactive, and solution-oriented.

• Emerging leadership capability with ambition to grow into senior finance roles.

• Strong communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
