Leadership Hiring & Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end leadership hiring initiatives across the group, ensuring timely closures through a structured and scientific recruitment approach.
• Manage mid to senior-level hiring mandates across functions and businesses, ensuring adherence to defined TATs and quality benchmarks.
• Drive competency-based hiring processes, role briefing, market mapping, assessment, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Reduce dependency on external consultants by strengthening internal sourcing capabilities and building proactive talent pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to understand critical talent requirements and deliver high-quality leadership hire aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong networks within relevant industries to identify and attract top leadership talent.
• Ensure effective candidate assessment through competency mapping, behavioural evaluation, and cultural fit analysis.
• Drive hiring governance, recruitment analytics, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Strategic Advisory & Business Partnership
• Partner with senior leadership during business transitions, providing strategic advisory on leadership hiring, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
• Participate in business strategy discussions with promoters, the Chief Strategy Officer, CPO, and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable talent plans.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, competitor landscape, and leadership hiring strategies for existing and new business verticals.
• Support organizational structure design and workforce planning through market benchmarking and industry insights.
• Build leadership teams aligned with evolving organizational structures and long-term business goals.
Compensation, Benchmarking & Market Insights
• Contribute to leadership compensation benchmarking initiatives to ensure external competitiveness and internal parity across group businesses.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends, leadership movements, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices.
• Support the development of competitive and data-driven compensation strategies for leadership talent acquisition.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
• Strengthen employer branding for leadership hiring through a compelling employee value proposition and consistent market positioning.
• Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience across all leadership hiring interactions.
• Represent the organization professionally during leadership engagements, industry interactions, and external talent discussions.
HR Transformation & Process Excellence
• Participate in HR transformation initiatives, including process improvement, digitization, and automation projects.
• Support UAT testing, process validation, and stakeholder feedback for HR systems and recruitment technology implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes, reporting mechanisms, and recruitment governance practices.
