Working Hours: 07.40-17.25 (Mon - Fri)
Your main role is to:
- Design leadership & talent development roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Build competency framework and future capability models
- Conduct leadership and talent gap analysis
- Develop and implement structured leadership programs (pipeline, Hi-Po, succession)
- Implement coaching and development interventions across functions
- Monitor succession bench strength and leadership readiness
- Measure program effectiveness and ROI using KPI and business performance data
- Continuously refine talent strategy based on insights and business direction
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and ownership
Who are we looking for
- Bachelor's / master's degree in Learning & Development, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 35 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, HRD, or related Training functions.
- Experience coordinating training programs, working with vendors, and managing training logistics (consistent with L&D execution expectations).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills in English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work with crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS/LMS systems, and data reporting.
