As a Learning & Organization Consultant, you are the Master Architect who bridges the gap between complex business problems and human potential. You will play a vital role in decoding client needs, translating them into actionable strategies, and designing frameworks that integrate BASE's unique tools (SEEN Assessment, Gamification, Training) to drive organizational transformation.

What You Will Do (The Mission):

1. The Architect of Solutions (60%)

• Crack the Code: Lead requirements gathering and need analysis sessions. Your job is to dig beyond the surface and identify the Root Cause of business challenges.

• Design Strategy: Craft Strategic Solutions by integrating BASE's unique tools (SEEN Assessment, Gamification, Simulations) with your own frameworks to solve client pain points.

• Master Storytelling: Create consulting-grade proposal decks. You will turn complex logic into visual, persuasive narratives that win high-value projects.

2. The Trusted Advisor (40%)

• Consult & Guide: Act as the strategic partner for our clients, providing expert advice and ensuring the project delivers on its promise.
• Uncover Insights: Facilitate Focus Groups and Design Thinking Workshops to gather real user insights.
• Orchestrate: collaborate with Learning Partners and PMs to ensure your design is executed flawlessly.

Who We Are Looking For:

Experience: 3-5+ years in Organization Development (OD), HRD, Consulting Firms, or Business Strategy.

The Strategist: You can connect the dots between Business Problems and People Development.

The Deck Master: Your slides are not just pretty; they are logical, persuasive, and professional.

Data Literate: You are comfortable with Excel/Data and can translate numbers into business insights.

The DNA: You have a Consulting Mindsetyou are result-oriented and brave enough to give the right advice, not just the easy one. You are a Brave Pioneer who loves to Hit the Dungeon and tackle new challenges.
