Job Description

Responsibility

  • Create, develop, and implement interactive E-learning content and experience for the most learning effectiveness of training class and connected to all learning digital tools.
  • Responsible to develop the learning & development and experience solutions visually appealing and engaging while effectively conveying the content to users as by using a variety of methods, techniques, and learning technologies.
  • Conducts a needs assessment to identify an appropriate learning approach with integrates digital and non-digital solutions
  • Work with business training design / head of business training innovation in developing engaging learning content
  • Create report using analytic tool for employee problem prediction and Maintain, keeping record, analyze all development data and handle data analytic report to identify and continuous improvement.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, HR Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D or Project Management
  • Strong analytical, planning & mentoring and relationship building skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization
  • Must be able to collaborate with all levels of employees
