Create, develop, and implement interactive E-learning content and experience for the most learning effectiveness of training class and connected to all learning digital tools.
Responsible to develop the learning & development and experience solutions visually appealing and engaging while effectively conveying the content to users as by using a variety of methods, techniques, and learning technologies.
Conducts a needs assessment to identify an appropriate learning approach with integrates digital and non-digital solutions
Work with business training design / head of business training innovation in developing engaging learning content
Create report using analytic tool for employee problem prediction and Maintain, keeping record, analyze all development data and handle data analytic report to identify and continuous improvement.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, HR Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D or Project Management
Strong analytical, planning & mentoring and relationship building skills
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization
Must be able to collaborate with all levels of employees
