This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning and Development Manager at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel. The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, managing learning initiatives, and developing leadership training strategies. The role includes organizing and conducting workshops, assessing training needs, and ensuring training programs align with organizational goals. Collaboration with departments to enhance employee skills and career growth is also key.
