- Experience in Leadership Development to cultivate and mentor future organizational leaders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Experience in hospitality or luxury resort training programs is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in digital tools and learning technologies is an advantage.
