Job Description

Reporting to Head of People & Culture, you will;

  • Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs / Deploy different kinds of learning methods companywide such as classroom, online training, e-Learning, etc.
  • Design & create training courses
  • Organize, implement and facilitate end-to-end e-Learning courses workshops and other trainings
  • Independently develop internal content, materials by working closely with internal customers
  • Review individual and organizational development needs by processing learning needs analysis with Management Team to identify critical skills, functional skills, etc.
  • Complete administration/documentation required by Department of Skill Development/Ministry of Labor
  • Able to perform duties with minimal work direction

The ideal candidate should possess the following background

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic Learning and Development
  • Experience in AI for Business Transformation is an advantage
  • Excellent in communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Comfortable conducting classes in front of a large group of people
  • Proven experience in designing / creating e-Learning content is an advantage
  • High level of Excel/PPT proficiency is a huge plus
  • Analytical, strategic and result-oriented
  • Highly energetic and enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English/Thai
  • Willing to step out of comfort zone
