Reporting to Head of People & Culture, you will;
- Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs / Deploy different kinds of learning methods companywide such as classroom, online training, e-Learning, etc.
- Design & create training courses
- Organize, implement and facilitate end-to-end e-Learning courses workshops and other trainings
- Independently develop internal content, materials by working closely with internal customers
- Review individual and organizational development needs by processing learning needs analysis with Management Team to identify critical skills, functional skills, etc.
- Complete administration/documentation required by Department of Skill Development/Ministry of Labor
- Able to perform duties with minimal work direction
The ideal candidate should possess the following background
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic Learning and Development
- Experience in AI for Business Transformation is an advantage
- Excellent in communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable conducting classes in front of a large group of people
- Proven experience in designing / creating e-Learning content is an advantage
- High level of Excel/PPT proficiency is a huge plus
- Analytical, strategic and result-oriented
- Highly energetic and enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English/Thai
- Willing to step out of comfort zone
