Job Description

Major Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, seminars, and webinars that drive high participant engagement and create a positive, collaborative learning experience.
  • Design and implement learning programs aligned with business goals, tailored to specific employee groups to improve performance and capability.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and deliver targeted interventions that support skill development across functions.
  • Measure training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement and value creation.
  • Identify talent and capability gaps within business units and support talent development strategies to strengthen leadership pipelines and build high-performing teams.
  • Develop clear, high-quality training materials, assessments, and participant resources while ensuring all training environments are effectively prepared.
  • Manage end-to-end training operations, including monthly and annual training calendars, scheduling, communications, and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit all training documentation to the Department of Skill Development in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
  • Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical capability, including interpreting training data and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital learning tools or LMS platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in evidence-based work and data-informed decision-making.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to translate the organization's vision and mission into strategic L&D initiatives that enhance alignment and collaboration.
  • Experience in the tech industry is a significant advantage, particularly in fast-paced or innovative-driven environments.
