Facilitate training sessions, workshops, seminars, and webinars that drive high participant engagement and create a positive, collaborative learning experience.
Design and implement learning programs aligned with business goals, tailored to specific employee groups to improve performance and capability.
Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and deliver targeted interventions that support skill development across functions.
Measure training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement and value creation.
Identify talent and capability gaps within business units and support talent development strategies to strengthen leadership pipelines and build high-performing teams.
Develop clear, high-quality training materials, assessments, and participant resources while ensuring all training environments are effectively prepared.
Manage end-to-end training operations, including monthly and annual training calendars, scheduling, communications, and documentation.
Prepare and submit all training documentation to the Department of Skill Development in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
35 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that drive measurable outcomes.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical capability, including interpreting training data and evaluating effectiveness.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital learning tools or LMS platforms.
Demonstrated experience in evidence-based work and data-informed decision-making.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to translate the organization's vision and mission into strategic L&D initiatives that enhance alignment and collaboration.
Experience in the tech industry is a significant advantage, particularly in fast-paced or innovative-driven environments.
