Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training programs aligned with business needs (including TNA)
  • Coordinate and execute training sessions end-to-end
  • Manage training materials, logistics, and classroom operations
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on schedules and participant lists
  • Handle training budgets, approvals, and expense tracking
  • Act as MC and support training delivery, including post-training evaluation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training & development
  • Ability to design training programs and curricula
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Service-minded with a high sense of responsibility
