Role Summary
We are looking for a Learning & Development Assistant Manager to act as a strategic L&D partner, responsible for Training Data Analytics, Curriculum Design, and Training Operations.
This role bridges global learning strategies and local execution, with a strong focus on Leadership Development for Sales Managers and data-driven performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analytics & Strategic Reporting
- Dashboard Owner: Own and maintain automated training dashboards using Looker Studio to track ROI, Learning Penetration, and Sales Productivity.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and training performance data to identify competency gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.
- Performance Analysis: Prepare management-level reports, translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Curriculum Design & Global Alignment
- Global Coordination: Collaborate closely with HQ (Global team) to localize global training content and best practices for the Thailand market.
- Program Design: Design structured learning journeys covering:
- Hard Skills: Sales techniques, product knowledge
- Soft Skills: Leadership, coaching, communication, mindset
- Leadership Development: Design and manage Leadership Development Programs for Sales Managers, focusing on people management and team performance.
- Training Facilitation
- Train the Trainer / Manager: Act as a Lead Facilitator for Sales Managerlevel programs, including leadership and management skills.
- Key Sessions: Deliver key learning sessions such as Monthly Onboarding, System Training, and Special Workshops as required.
- Operations & LMS Management
- LMS Admin: Serve as LMS Administrator, managing learning records, user access, and data accuracy.
- Process Standard: Ensure all training operations (registration, evaluation, certification, reporting) comply with established SOPs.
- Continuously improve training processes to enhance learner experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Data Analytics/Data Science, or related fields.
- 57 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, or Sales Operations.
- Data Savvy: Expert in Excel (Complex formulas) and Looker Studio (Must have).
- Instructional Design: Proven ability to design structured curricula and learning materials.
- Global Mindset: Experience working with regional or global teams is a plus.
- Facilitation Skills: Strong public speaking and presentation skills (Able to teach Managers).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, for coordination with global teams.
