Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in learning & development, organization development, human resource management
Strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design, digital learning tools, AI tools, etc.
Proven experience in competency framework development, training needs analysis, and leadership development programs.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset with strong project management and analytical skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
