Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Learning & Development function and team
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs aligned with business strategy
- Partner closely with Executives and Senior Leaders to identify development needs
- Facilitate training, workshops, and leadership development initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on talent and capability development
- Support Organization Development initiatives to enhance culture, structure, and overall organizational effectiveness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Extroverted, confident, and professional communicator
- Comfortable and experienced in dealing with Executive-level stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
