BASE Playhouse, a leading Learning Design & HR Tech company, is looking for a Learning Experience (LX) Manager to lead, mentor, and scale our world-class team of LX Facilitators.

This is a critical leadership role. Your primary mission is not just to manage, but to coach, build, and guarantee the quality of every learning experience we deliver. You will be the chief evangelist and expert practitioner of our Core Facilitation Competencies, ensuring every BASE Player on your team can create transformative moments in the classroom.

What You'll Own:

  • People & Competency Development: You will be the team's primary coach, mentor, and assessor. You'll run Train-the-Facilitator programs and provide constant, actionable feedback based on our 5 Core Competencies.
  • Operational & Process Excellence: You will build, refine, and own the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for flawless program delivery, from resource planning to post-event analysis.
  • Quality Assurance & Innovation: You will be our lead observer in the field, ensuring quality standards are met, analyzing client feedback, and collaborating with our Learning Design (LD) team to innovate our delivery methods.
  • Strategic Leadership: You will act as the key problem-solver (Escalation Point) for all delivery challenges and collaborate with Sales (LP) teams to ensure our solutions are practical and impactful.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A true Master Facilitator with deep expertise in adult learning, group dynamics, and managing challenging situations.
  • A Passionate Coach & Mentor who genuinely thrives on developing others and giving direct, constructive feedback.
  • A Systems Builder who can create and improve scalable processes (SOPs) for a growing team.
  • An Expert Problem-Solver who remains calm under pressure and can make decisive calls.
  • Proven experience in leading an L&D, Training, or Facilitation team.
