Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning Manager located in Ko Lanta. The Learning Manager is responsible for developing and executing training programs to enhance team member skills, knowledge, and performance in alignment with company objectives. Key responsibilities include conducting skills assessments, designing and delivering tailored learning experiences, facilitating workshops, and coaching team members. Additionally, the Learning Manager will track training outcomes, manage the learning management systems, and collaborate with department leaders to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and interactive learning experiences
  • Strong skills in employee coaching, performance assessment, and career development planning
  • Proven ability to manage learning management systems (LMS) and analyze training outcomes effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
  • Experience in team leadership, organization, and collaboration with cross-functional departments
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and luxury service standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) is an advantage
