- Implement Competency-Based Management (CBM) to identify and develop key skills
- Collaborate with Senior Manager on L&D strategy, planning, objectives, and annual budgeting
- Design skill development programs in various formats (online training, workshops, etc.)
- Execute training programs and evaluate learning outcomes
- Act as internal instructor/facilitator for soft skill courses
- Provide consultation to managers and employees on development matters
2) Organization Development
- Develop organization-wide strategies for engagement, performance, and effectiveness
- Conduct organizational assessments and create improvement action plans
- Collaborate with HR/leadership on talent management and succession planning
- Design and facilitate workshops and leadership development initiatives
- Lead change management efforts for smooth organizational transitions
- Work cross-functionally to align OD initiatives with business goals
- Monitor and evaluate OD program effectiveness with continuous improvements
3) Performance Management System (PMS)
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of PMS
- Oversee performance appraisal process (goal setting, reviews, feedback)
- Align individual performance goals with company strategic objectives
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven reports
- Design optimization techniques for performance and quality improvement
- Lead L&D programs to enhance employee capabilities
- Foster positive work environment promoting engagement and collaboration
