Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement leasing plans to support occupancy and business objectives.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective tenants.

  • Identify new leasing opportunities and support tenant acquisition.

  • Liaise with property agents and other stakeholders to expand leasing opportunities.

  • Negotiate and coordinate leasing terms and agreements.

  • Oversee tenant matters, including enquiries, requests, and tenancy-related issues.

  • Manage lease renewals and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

  • Prepare leasing proposals, reports, budgets, and other related documents.

  • Monitor market trends and conduct basic market research to identify opportunities.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external parties on property and leasing matters.

  • Support property enhancement and improvement initiatives where required.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant leasing experience, preferably in the retail or real estate industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in tenant management and lease negotiations.

  • Valid CEA real estate salesperson (RES) licence
