Responsibilities:
- Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations, and the development of attractive leasing packages.
- Develop and implement Leasing strategies and guidelines and drive for achieving targets.
- Formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy.
- Manage documentation, prepare a monthly report and any other duties or responsibilities as assigned from time to time, Project presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in leasing international brand of food, restaurant, Retail, Sale
- Excellent interpersonal skill and a high degree of effective communication
- Good analytical & problem solving skills/Resourceful and initiative.
- Good reading and writing skills in Thai and English
