Our client is a specialised real estate investment and operating company with a singular passion - bringing Singapore's most iconic shophouses back to life for the modern cityscape. What started as a focused bet on conservation properties has grown into a fast-expanding, diversified portfolio, with deep, hard-won expertise in a niche few can claim. Conservation property remains at the heart of everything they do.
Their people are their greatest asset. The team is bold, entrepreneurial and relentless about delivering excellence - for their partners and for each other. They're also, unapologetically, a social bunch. Together, they're on a mission to change the way people experience Singapore, one beautifully restored space at a time.
If you're energised by the idea of leasing spaces with real character and history, and want to be part of a nimble, ambitious team shaping the city's skyline, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full leasing cycle - From enquiries and viewings through negotiation, lease execution and tenant handover, drive the process end-to-end to secure the right tenants and hit occupancy and rental income targets.
Curate the perfect tenant mix - Source, market and secure tenants across the portfolio, crafting leasing proposals and marketing materials that showcase each space's unique character.
Build relationships that open doors - Cultivate strong, lasting connections with tenants, brokers and business partners to keep leasing opportunities flowing.
Turn market insight into strategy - Research rental trends and competitor activity, and partner with Asset Management and Property Management to drive renewals, monitor tenant performance and minimise vacancy.
Shape the portfolio's story - Contribute to branding, positioning and marketing campaigns, plan tenant engagement initiatives, and prepare leasing reports and forecasts that inform business decisions.
Key Requirements
Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Building Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
5-10 years of experience in commercial and retail leasing, with solid market knowledge and industry networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills, with a track record of engaging tenants and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong understanding of tenancy agreements and leasing processes, backed by sharp presentation and report-writing abilities.
A proactive, resourceful self-starter who thrives independently in a fast-paced environment while staying a strong team player.
