Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Identify and approach potential tenants and brands aligned with project positioning and target customer segments
  • Manage leasing pipeline from prospecting to negotiation and deal closing
  • Conduct commercial negotiations including rental terms, conditions, and contract agreements
  • Analyze market trends and identify emerging brands and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants and business partners
  • Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth onboarding and store opening process
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
  • 5–8 years of experience in leasing or commercial business development with proven track record in tenant acquisition and negotiation
