Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, rental space management, or shopping mall space management.
- Intermediate or higher English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to present attractive property offerings.
- Excellent coordination and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well with both the team and clients.
- Strong communication and business negotiation skills.
- Professional appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage rental spaces to align with brand and designated area requirements under the established pricing structure.
- Achieve sales closures within the specified timeframe.
- Analyze and manage assigned tasks on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare sales documents and other leasing-related paperwork.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
