ECCO is now hiring for a Leather Product Specialist (Key Account Manager) based in Thailand. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our global team.

As Leather Product Specialist (Key Account Manager), you will play a central role in a strong commercial team supporting ECCO Leather's global markets and customer branding activities in all aspects. The brand is committed to becoming the world's leading name in the premium leather and footwear industry, with a strategic focus on marketing, brand development, and global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve maximum sales performance aligned with agreed targets and brand strategy.
  • Coordinate all sales orders for key accounts, including forecasting, status updates, and delivery/sales information.
  • Contribute to planning and executing operational business plans by providing insights on sales forecasts, product selection, seasonal buys, conceptual selling, and activity reports.
  • Participate in seasonal and international meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Update and maintain sales tools as required (e.g., digital sales platforms, partner portals).
  • Advise and manage key accounts, including data analysis, selling-in, delivery coordination, and selling-out performance.
  • Support and facilitate business meetings with internal teams and external partners. monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal availability and efficient flow.

The ideal candidate

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills additional languages are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree is required; knowledge of Leather Technology is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management, preferably within the leather, footwear, casual, or sports industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with premium leather products, especially within the high-end fashion segment.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs and build strong, industry-leading relationships between the ECCO Leather brand and key accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Commercially driven, results-oriented, with strong product understanding.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, data-driven, presentation, persuasion, and influencing skills.
  • Strong initiative, problem-solving ability, and high level of professionalism.
