Legal Advisor (Chinese speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with national laws and regulations.
• Responsible for offering legal support for substantial operational policy-making endeavors and daily business operations.
• Responsible for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the company through legal means.
• Responsible for drafting, translating, and proofreading various legal documents in Chinese and English.
• Others as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law.
• 5 years or above of working experience in related fields.
• Acquired Certificate of the Thai Lawyer License.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
• Outstanding capability of organizing and logical thought.
• Ability to be problem-solving.
• Sense of responsibility, high efficiency, and teamwork spirit.
