Job Description

The Legal & Digital Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Legal and Digital functions, ensuring efficient daily operations and effective coordination across Yum! Restaurants International's Thailand and regional teams. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to two key corporate functions: Legal and Digital. Your work will involve coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, both locally and regionally, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely completion of business processes. This role is crucial in maintaining effective communication and collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Legal Operations & Documentation Support

  • Coordinate legal document execution and signing processes in accordance with internal policies and approval requirements
  • Facilitate end-to-end administrative processes for vendor onboarding and registration
  • Prepare and issue standard legal agreements using approved templates and playbooks
  • Track document status, maintain filing systems, and ensure proper record management
  • Coordinate trademark registration and renewal administrative processes with Marketing and relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required information and follow up on pending actions
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and organization within legal administrative workflows

Training & Functional Coordination

  • Prepare and organize supporting documents required for submission to internal or external teams
  • Conduct basic onboarding or process orientation sessions for new joiners relating to standard legal procedures
  • Support planning and coordination of team meetings, workshops, engagement activities, and functional events
  • Liaise with external service providers, as needed

General Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, meeting arrangements, and scheduling coordination
  • Arrange travel logistics including hotel and flight bookings
  • Prepare and coordinate expense claims and supporting documentation
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to Legal team
  • Support ad hoc assignments and cross-functional initiatives as require

Digital Operations & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, NDA/MSA execution, and PO routing for Digital Technologies workstreams (e.g. IMMP, DMB, POS, loyalty platform, kiosk)
  • Track contract status, renewal dates, and signature workflows across active vendor engagements; chase pending signoffs from internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate expense claim submissions, invoice tracking, and budget documentation for the Digital team
  • Maintain organized filing of Digital Technologies records, including SOWs, change orders, and vendor correspondence
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Legal to move Digital documentation through internal approval gates
  • Support process improvement initiatives to streamline Digital administrative workflows

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Organize Digital Technologies team meetings, workshops, vendor reviews, and offsites — including logistics, catering, attendee confirmation, and pre-read distribution
  • Coordinate with regional and global Digital stakeholders (APAC DT Digital & Technology, KFC Global Digital, sister concepts) on scheduling and document exchange
  • Support onboarding logistics for new Digital team joiners and incoming vendors
  • Liaise with external Digital service providers, agencies, and platform partners on routine administrative matters

General Administrative Support

  • Manage calendar, meeting scheduling, and travel logistics for the Thailand CDTO and Digital leadership
  • Prepare and coordinate expense claims, corporate card submissions, and supporting documentation
  • Provide general administrative coordination for the Digital team
  • Support ad hoc Digital Technologies assignments and cross-functional initiatives as required

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in any field required
  • Degree or certification in Secretarial Studies, Languages, Business Administration, Management, or related fields is an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in administrative, coordination, secretarial, executive support, legal assistant, or related support functions
  • Experience supporting corporate functions or handling documentation and coordination work in a dynamic organization is preferred
  • Prior exposure to legal coordination, contract administration, or stakeholder management would be advantageous
