Legal Associate

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangkok for a Legal Associate. The main responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing legal matters, and providing expert guidance on legal issues. The Legal Associate will work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver tailored and comprehensive legal advice while ensuring compliance with Thai laws and regulations.

• Strong expertise in Law and Legal Issues, with solid knowledge of Thai legal and tax systems
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating legal matters effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in legal advisory, particularly in tax-related services, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law is required; additional legal certifications or postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
• Proficiency in English and Thai languages is preferred
