Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the legal services of subsidiaries in Thailand, providing legal advice and legal solutions for business operations
  • Responsible for the drafting and review of various contracts and other business transaction documents in daily operation.
  • Participate in the development of global compliance projects across one or more areas, including personal data protection, antitrust, trade compliance, etc.
  • Handle daily business and other regular legal disputes.
  • Develop and optimize management processes and systems related to responsibilities, accurately identify and promote business risk management.
  • Provide legal and compliance advice and conduct legal and compliance training.
  • Collaborate with the law firm to manage, monitor, and handle company litigation cases and investment projects.
  • Represent the company in communications with government agencies involved in business operations, such as the OCPB, NACC, and PDPC.
  • Oversee and participate in meetings with partner companies to resolve customer complaints involving legal disputes.
  • Be responsible for preparing meeting reports for the Board of Directors and the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
  • Provide legal advisory services on factory laws, labor protection laws, occupational health and safety, and related regulations.
  • Handle and support other legal and compliance functions as assigned..

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the relevant field, 5 years for outstanding candidates
  • Qualified Thai lawyer with an active Bar license.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken, for professional use, Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing risk and implementing compliance programs.
  • Proficiency in relevant legal software and research tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
