Legal Compliance Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for the legal services of subsidiaries in Thailand, providing legal advice

and legal solutions for business operations

-Responsible for the drafting and review of various contracts and other business

transaction documents in daily operation.

-Participate in the construction of global compliance projects, including one or more

areas such as personal data protection, antitrust, trade compliance, etc.

-Handle daily business and other regular legal disputes.

-Develop and optimize management processes and systems related to responsibilities,

accurately identify and promote business risk management.

-Provide legal and compliance advice, carry out legal and compliance training.

-Collaborate with law firm to manage, monitor, and handle company litigation cases

and investment projects.

-Represent the company in communications with government agencies involved in bus

iness operations, such as the OCPB, NACC and PDPC.

-Oversee and participate in meetings with partner companies to resolve customer

complaints involving legal disputes.

-Be responsible for preparing meeting reports for the Board of Directors and Annual

General Meeting of Shareholders.

-Provide legal advisory services on factory laws, labor protection laws, occupational

health and safety, and related regulations.

-Handle and support other legal and compliance functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.

-At least 8 years of working experience in the relevant field, 5 years for outstanding

candidates.

-Qualified Thai lawyer with an active Bar license.

-Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken, for professional use,Chinese

language proficiency is a plus.

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Demonstrated experience in managing risk and implementing compliance programs.

-Proficiency in relevant legal software and research tools.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
