Monitor and analyze relevant laws, regulations, notifications, and regulatory guidelines applicable to the company's business, particularly in consumer finance, lending, hire purchase, and related financial services.
Support compliance with Bank of Thailand regulations and Market Conduct requirements to ensure fair treatment of customers across sales, marketing, service, debt collection, complaint handling, and customer communication processes.
Review business processes, product terms, customer-facing documents, contracts, marketing materials, announcements, and service conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Support the implementation and monitoring of PDPA compliance, including privacy notices, consent management, personal data processing activities, data subject rights, data sharing, and data breach handling.
Provide legal and compliance advice to internal departments to ensure business activities are aligned with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Coordinate with relevant regulatory authorities, government agencies, external legal advisors, and internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
Conduct compliance monitoring, identify potential legal and regulatory risks, and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
Support the handling, investigation, and resolution of customer complaints or regulatory issues related to legal and compliance matters.
Qualification
sBachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Law, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
.Experience in legal, compliance, regulatory affairs, internal control, or risk management
.Knowledge of regulations related to financial services, consumer finance, lending, hire purchase, or leasing business will be an advantage
.Good understanding of Bank of Thailand regulations, Market Conduct, PDPA, consumer protection laws, contract review, and regulatory compliance
.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret laws and regulations and translate them into practical business guidance
.Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
.Detail-oriented, responsible, ethical, and able to handle confidential information
