Job Description
We are supporting a global renewable energy leader with operations across multiple countries in solar PV, energy storage, and clean energy solutions to hire a Regional Legal Manager / Legal Business Partner based in Bangkok, Thailand.
This role will support ASEAN and Indo-Pacific business operations, working closely with HQ Legal, Compliance, business teams, and external legal advisors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing cross-border commercial contracts, negotiations, and legal risks;
- Supporting customer disputes, claims, and resolution processes;
- Providing practical legal solutions to business teams across multiple jurisdictions;
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to support regional growth.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of legal experience in corporate legal affairs, commercial law, or international legal practice;
- Strong English communication skills;
- Experience handling regional / cross-border legal matters;
- Manufacturing, renewable energy, technology, or international business experience preferred;
- Ability to independently manage complex legal issues across multiple countries.
