Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a infrastructure and energy platform with an expanding presence across the Asia-Pacific region. Operating in a dynamic, high-growth sector, the business partners with leading investors and industry stakeholders to deliver large-scale projects supporting the region's evolving energy and infrastructure landscape.

The company is currently seeking a Legal Counsel to support its regional business across a broad range of corporate, commercial and strategic matters throughout APAC.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
  • Advising on corporate transactions, strategic partnerships and investment initiatives.
  • Supporting cross-border legal and corporate matters across APAC.
  • Providing day-to-day legal advice to business and operational teams.
  • Assisting with corporate governance, entity management and compliance matters.
  • Managing external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Supporting risk management and regulatory initiatives.
  • Partnering closely with finance, operations, development and investment teams on key projects.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years PQE gained within a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal team.
  • Strong corporate and commercial legal experience.
  • Experience handling cross-border transactions and regional matters would be advantageous.
  • Energy, infrastructure, renewables, projects or investment sector exposure is beneficial but not essential.
  • Commercially minded with strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
