The company is currently seeking a Legal Counsel to support its regional business across a broad range of corporate, commercial and strategic matters throughout APAC.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Advising on corporate transactions, strategic partnerships and investment initiatives.
- Supporting cross-border legal and corporate matters across APAC.
- Providing day-to-day legal advice to business and operational teams.
- Assisting with corporate governance, entity management and compliance matters.
- Managing external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
- Supporting risk management and regulatory initiatives.
- Partnering closely with finance, operations, development and investment teams on key projects.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years PQE gained within a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal team.
- Strong corporate and commercial legal experience.
- Experience handling cross-border transactions and regional matters would be advantageous.
- Energy, infrastructure, renewables, projects or investment sector exposure is beneficial but not essential.
- Commercially minded with strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
