Legal Advisory: Assist in managing the day-to-day delivery of legal services and provide support to projects across the business.
Contract Review and Preparation: Review and assist the business with the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. Assist with formulation of pro-forma templates for the needs of the business and the maintenance of relevant legal and contract management policies.
Labor Law: Assist HRA department in relation to employment-related legal matters and immigration-related legal issues.
Litigation: Managing litigation cases.
Collections and Claims: Assist Finance department in managing debt collection issues, negotiating settlements, and processing claims efficiently.
Legal Research and Opinions: Provide various legal opinions and conduct thorough legal researches.
Additional Duties: Constantly communicate with HQ Compliance & Legal Department for implementation of CMS (Contract Management System) and perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
Education: LLB or Bachelor of Laws Graduate; Bar Passer.
Experience: 2-4 years of legal work experience, with at least 2 years in a corporate environment. Experience in handling labor, civil, and criminal cases is essential.
