Job Description:
- Ensure adherence to related Auto-loan laws and regulation, and Bank of Thailand regulation by monitoring changes in legislation, assess and identify legal risk impact on company's operation and strategy
- Provide strategic legal advisory to Top and senior management, and relevant business function
- Work closely with Debt Management team to maximize recovery with effective instruction
- Act as company representative to coordinate and communicate with regulators and authorities, and external organization
- Implement training program to associates about auto loan law and regulatory matters.
- Manage budget & expenses of the Department
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law and related field and hold lawyer license.
- Minimum 8 years experience in legal experience, with at least 5 years in Banking or Auto-loan.
- Strong knowledge in auto-loan law and regulation (e.g. litigation and execution, NCB, AML, BOT, and MC & RL)
- Outstanding assessment ability legal matter to non-legal people
- Strong communication, organization and prioritizing, well-organized, detail oriented and ability to do multitask.
- Good communication and presentation skill in English
