Job Description
- Provide legal advice, manage legal work, litigation, and legal processes.
- Attend court proceedings and handle legal execution processes, including asset seizure.
- Coordinate and collaborate with government agencies and relevant external parties.
- Review contracts and legal documents to ensure readiness and conformity, such as EIA.
- Examine contract details to minimize risks that may arise.
- Support other departments in legal matters and ensure work aligns with company objectives.
- Supervise and manage the legal team to work efficiently
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Department Manager should have:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law; must have a lawyer license.
- At least 5 years of experience in litigation.
- Experience in construction company would be highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of commercial law and related regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to work under pressure.
