Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Review, draft, and revise various types of contracts, including:

- Lease Agreements / Service Agreements

- Construction Agreements

- Purchase & Work-for-Hire Agreements

- Marketing / Influencer Agreements

- Franchise & Licensing Agreements

- Joint Venture or Business Collaboration Contracts

2. Handle legal documentation related to new branch openings, such as:

- Fitness & Spa Business Licenses

- Healthcare and wellness-related operating licenses

- Coordination with relevant government authorities

3. Provide legal advice to management and internal departments.

4. Identify and assess legal risks for new projects, partnerships, and business deals.

5. Coordinate with external legal advisors and stakeholders both domestically and internationally.

6. Prepare legal reports and monitor contract and license renewals.

7. Support international expansion projects (if any), including preparing English documents and cross-border coordination.

8. Provide legal guidance on labour law, employment matters, and termination processes, including compliance documentation.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.)
  • Lawyer License (Attorney-at-Law) is an advantage.
  • 35 years of experience in contract work, business law, or labour law
  • Experience with Lease Agreement, Service Agreement, and Joint Venture Contracts.
  • Experience handling business operation licensing or new branch registration.
  • Experience in international business coordination.
  • Strong ability to draft and review English-language contracts.
  • Excellent English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • Strong negotiation, legal analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
