Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Legal and Contract Strategy (40%)

•Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., supplier, distribution, licensing, and partnership agreements)

•Identify legal risks in commercial activities and provide practical, business-aligned mitigation strategies

•Support business teams with clear, solution-oriented legal advice to enable decision-making

2. Intellectual Property & Partnerships and Brand Protection (20%)

•Oversee and protect the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks and brand assets

•Support business expansion through strategic IP management and licensing arrangements

•Advise on IP-related risks in partnerships, marketing, and commercial initiatives

3. Corporate Regulations & Legal Advisory (20%)

•Ensure compliance with applicable Thai and relevant international laws and regulations

•Advise cross-functional teams on corporate governance, regulatory matters, and business initiatives.

•Support corporate structuring, company secretarial matters, and internal policy development

•Act as a trusted legal advisor to the CFO and senior management

4. Legal Operations Support and Litigation & Dispute Management (20%)

•Manage and coordinate litigation, disputes, and claims involving the company

•Liaise with and oversee external counsel to ensure effective and cost-efficient representation

•Provide legal risk assessments and strategic recommendations on dispute resolution

•Improve legal processes, documentation, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a top-tier university

Experience from a top-tier law firm is required.

Experience in retail business and B2B environments will be an advantage

Minimum 8–12 years of relevant legal experience, with a strong focus on commercial and corporate law.

Proven experience in contract negotiation, IP management, and regulatory compliance.

Hands-on and ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment

High integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset

Excellence negotiation and communication both Thai and English
