What is your mission
- Draft and vet contracts and legal documents
- Provide legal advice
- Draft and implement internal compliance policies and procedures
- Coordinate with law firms where law firms are instructed
- Advise on Thai legislative changes and ensure company compliance with such changes
- Lead and mentor the Assistant Legal Manager
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for
- Lawyer qualified in Thailand
- 3 to 4 years relevant experience
- Bilingual in Thai and English
- Preferred experience in one or more of the following areas of Thai law: HR (including immigration law for foreign workers), personal data protection, real property (leases), contracts, companies (corporate), compliance with BPO industry law
- High degree of honesty and integrity
- Willing to learn
