Job Description

Responsibilities
- To support Partners and Associates on researching, reviewing and preparing contracts, MOU, agreements, advice or other documents in relation to Banking and Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions and general Corporate related matters
- To support registrations such as (i) a public or private limited company registration (ii) land related-transaction registration (iii) machinery related-transaction registration or (iv) other related matters that are assigned from time to time. You will also be required to attend and coordinate with various authorities such as the Department of Business Development, Land Offices and Central Office for Machinery Registration, Revenue Offices or other authorities that may be assigned from time to time
- Conducting legal research on new laws and regulations and preparing legal updates and alerts; and
- Other matters as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications And Attributes
- Graduate with a Bachelor of Laws degree
- At least 1 year of experience (fresh graduate is also welcome)
- Excellent at legal research, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent Thai and English communication skills, especially written and drafting skills
- High working standards with strong service orientation and service mindset
- Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements
- Able to co-operate well with others, as well as to work individually (if required)
- Able to work under pressure and in a multi-tasking environment
- Highly organised with good organisational and problem solving skills
- Eager to learn and open-minded; and
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc
