We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Leisure Sales Manager to lead our leisure segment, focusing on international and domestic travel agents and wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute leisure sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage and grow relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and key leisure accounts
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and promotions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales trips, and industry events
- Coordinate closely with Revenue, E-commerce, and Reservation teams
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Qualifications:
- Minimum 35 years of experience in hotel sales (leisure segment preferred)
- Strong network of travel agents and tour operators (domestic & international)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Result-oriented with strong analytical ability
- Ability to travel for sales trips and trade fairs
- Fluent in English (additional languages are advantage)
