Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Leisure Sales Manager to lead our leisure segment, focusing on international and domestic travel agents and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute leisure sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Manage and grow relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and key leisure accounts
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and promotions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales trips, and industry events
  • Coordinate closely with Revenue, E-commerce, and Reservation teams
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in hotel sales (leisure segment preferred)
  • Strong network of travel agents and tour operators (domestic & international)
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Result-oriented with strong analytical ability
  • Ability to travel for sales trips and trade fairs
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are advantage)
