Background
Responsible for driving the LEV business (including electric two-wheelers, battery swap cabinets, battery packs, etc.) of Shanghai Pytes Energy in the Thailand / Indonesia market. This role requires a hands-on approach, collaborating with regional teams to achieve sales targets from market entry to scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Execution & Target Management
Deeply understand the business strategy and business model of the LEV Business Unit. Based on local market characteristics in Thailand / Indonesia, formulate and break down sales targets. Collaborate with regional managers to ensure the achievement of the Business Unit's performance goals.
2. Market Development & Customer Acquisition
Lead market development for LEV products (two-wheeler OEMs, battery swap operators, battery pack channel partners, etc.) in Thailand / Indonesia. Identify and develop key customers and distribution channels. Work with regional managers to conduct initial customer exploration, business negotiations, and relationship maintenance to expand product sales coverage.
3. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Conduct in-depth research on local market policies, market size, and technology trends. Collaborate with regional managers to complete competitor analysis (product pricing, channel strategies, customer feedback), and regularly provide market research reports to support product iteration and pricing strategy decisions.
4. Sales Activities & Project Execution
Plan and execute sales activities tailored to the local market rhythm (e.g., new product launches, technical seminars, promotions). Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection, achieving individual and team sales targets.
5. Customer Information & Process Management
Manage credit assessments for new customers and collect documentation for new projects and products. Strictly follow the company's EPROS process (or relevant business management process) for project initiation, contract review, and order management to ensure business compliance.

Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
