About the job:

We are looking for a highly skilled LG.com Manager to lead and implement our online sales and merchandising strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving e-commerce growth, optimizing digital marketing campaigns, and enhancing our brand presence across various online channels. You will work closely with internal teams, distributors, and external partners to maximize sales performance and improve customer engagement.

What youll do

1. Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute the Brand.com strategy to achieve sales, profit, and customer growth targets.
  • Position Brand.com as the primary touch point for customers and a top-of-mind shopping destination.
  • Drive digital transformation by integrating data, technology, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Define the annual business plan, budget, and KPIs for Brand.com, aligned with company objectives.

2. Sales & Performance Management

  • Lead sales forecasting, pricing strategy, and promotion planning to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance, traffic, and conversion to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize product assortment, pricing, and campaign execution to ensure competitiveness and efficiency.

3. Customer Experience & Journey Management (Co work with digital Marketing team)

  • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from awareness to purchase to retention.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and IT teams to improve website design, navigation, and checkout experience.
  • Implement and optimize SEO, SEM, and CRM/marketing automation programs to drive engagement and repeat purchases.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless Brand.com operations.
  • Ensure consistency between Brand.com and overall brand communication across all channels.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze performance data through analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM dashboards).
  • Generate regular business reports, insights, and action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Business (experience in managing Brand.com preferred).
  • Strong understanding of website operations, order flow, and customer journey.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, CRM, paid media, analytics).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to inspire and drive a team toward performance excellence.
  • Good command of English and Thai
