About the Role
We are looking for nearly qualified and qualified actuarial professionals to join their life actuarial advisory team and support various advisory work including:
Responsibilities
- Valuation/ Modelling
- Solvency, economic capital, risk management, capital management
- Actuarial audit
- Regulatory and accounting transformation, e.g. IFRS 17
- Digital transformation
- Process improvement and technology enablement
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of working experiences in financial services industries or consulting firms - including (Life /Insurance/ Reinsurance)
- Qualified or nearly qualified actuarial background.
Required Skills
- Experiences in reserving, modelling, ERM, valuation, regulatory reporting, (RBC, FCR, ORSA, ICAAP, IFRS 17)
- Good business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
- Strong communications skills, able to manage priorities for different projects
- Strong analytical skills, good problem-solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines.
