We are seeking a seasoned Life and Health expert to join a global L&H consulting firm. In this role, you will work with clients in achieving their strategic objectives. You will leverage your expertise in risk analytics, pricing/product development and regulatory compliance, specifically within the Life, Accident, and Health re/insurance sectors in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their needs regarding risk management, business growth, and balance sheet efficiency.
- Risk Analytics: Utilize advanced risk analytics techniques to assess and quantify client risk exposures, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Product Development: Design and enhance insurance products tailored to the requirements of clients in the Life, Accident, and Health markets.
- Balance Sheet Optimization: Develop strategies to improve balance sheet performance and support financial stability through effective reinsurance solutions.
- Reinsurance Structuring: Structure customized reinsurance arrangements that effectively transfer risk and maximize capital efficiency for clients.
- Regulatory Compliance: Navigate complex regulatory environments across Asia, ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, insurers, and regulators, to foster collaboration and trust.
