Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations for a lifting/rigging equipment company
  • Drive sales growth and ensure they are meeting revenue and customer service goals
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering to meet customer demand
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Hire, train, and supervise branch staffs including technicians, drivers, and administrative personnel
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and market share
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to track branch performance
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Enhance team safety culture and maintain company quality standards.
  • Base Location in Sathahip.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree In

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Related technical discipline
  • Advanced safety certifications preferred

Fluent in English

Technical Certifications / Experience

  • Experience in inspection/certification / QA/QC in oil and gas and industrial segments at min 5 yrs
  • Experience in Sales or Business Development is preferred
  • Knowledge in Lifting/crane operation
  • Familiar in oil and gas (onshore and offshore)
  • Understanding in Quality Management System
